My Journey
My journey began with my exposure to the food writing genre and exploring local food joints and street food in my City of Chicago. As I continued my journey, I discovered new cuisines and dishes in places new and old. I was fascinated by the way food brings people together and creates a sense of community.
This led to creating FoodLit Dishcoveries, where I could share my love for food and a great read with the world.
My Achievements
Since the inception of FoodLit Dishcoveries, this has been a passion of mine. I have yet to grow my audience and hope to some day be nominated for the Best Food Blog award in recognition for my contribution to the food community. year. This blog exists due to the writers - chefs, restaurant owners, foodies - that share their stories, achievements, and journey.
I am proud of what I have achieved so far and am committed to continuing mu journey once again of discovering and sharing new food reads & experiences!
